Bloody mary

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible:
5 handstand pushups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups

10 rounds, kipping pull-ups, used wall for balance on one-legged squats

10 backcrosses

3 good club kickups in pattern

10 right foot rola bola juggle

10 second perfect form handstand
3 10-count cane handstands
