Back on the horse

First workout in about a month:

One arm handstand with back to wall
-Left-35, way torqued
-Right-50, back arched

One arm handstand with chest to wall
-Left-30, torqued
-Right-30, using corner

17 second perfect form handstand

3 10 count cane handstands

5 rounds:
7 muscle-ups
21 burpees
19:30
No stretching
