last three workouts: 16MON: legs: 5 sets: 12x60lb lunges, 5 bodyweight leg curls, 30 air squats, 10 stretch kicks in between every other exercise, 24:45 15SUN: chest/back: 5 sets: 5 one arm/leg advanced pushups per side, 5 dynamic front bends, 3 bridge wall walks, 8x145lb good morning bar rows, 22:00 14FRI: 3 HSPU, 5 wrist pushups, 8 muscle up to shoulder support, 30 stretch kicks: 21:02

My diabolo from Flames ‘N Games - Juggling Store recently arrived. They have a decent selection of Balancing Circus Props , Diabolos and Juggling Balls, and really quite good prices. Stuff ships pretty fast to the U.S. for a U.K. site.
