backpack 1 legged squats
13lb
1 arm Shoulder press
65lb
Asymetric Deadlift
155lb barbell in one hand 50lb dumbell in the other
1 leg squats are so much harder with a backpack. Give me 3 times as
much weight and let me hold it in front of me, no problem. Put it on
my back and that's where I'm landing.
